Srnagar, 6 July 2015: Islamic Study Circle, Central Office Balgarden, on Sunday 5, July organized a Mehfil-i-Husni-Qira'at and Nuzool-i-Quran in Masjid-i-Mahaajir-Millat (RA) commonly known as Chips Masjid Saraf kadal Srinagar. People from all walks of like participated. Ten Hafizeen-i-Quran recited from the Book of Allah and enthralled the audience. Dr. Shakil Shifai presented an impressive lecture in the later part of the program. At the end Er. N. A. Gagroo, President ISC gave the vote of thanks.
